RETURNS and REFUNDS

Returns

Our policy allows for a 14-day return period from the date of delivery. If 14 days have passed since you have received your order, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.

Certain types of goods are exempt from being returned. 

Additional non-returnable items include:

  • Gift cards

For a return to be processed, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the receipt of the item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request.

If your request is approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment, within a certain number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale Items

Only full-priced items are eligible for refunds. Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at sambacstudio@gmail.com and send your item to the following address: Via Saragat 4, 42017 Novellara RE Italia.

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for exchange.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will be informed of your return.

Shipping

To return your product, please mail it to the following address: Via Saragat 4, 42017 Novellara RE Italia.

The shipping costs for the initial return of the item will be covered by us. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will not be included in the refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over €75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
